I Like Soup

15.04.2012 by Chris Dobson

From 26 May to 19 August 2012, in accompaniment to its forthcoming Andy Warhol:Portraits exhibition, the Virginia Museum of Contemporary art (MOCA) is also playing host to 'I Like Soup'. A group show, comprising of 46 contemporary artists, featuring reinterpretations of Warhol's iconic pieces of art centred upon the Campbell's tins of soup.

With contributions from the likes of Luke Chueh, Kozyndan, Jim Mahfood and Jason Limon, this promises much. As an added bonus, all of the pieces will be up for sale, with the proceeds going towards MOCA's own educational programmes and the Foodbank of Southeastern Virginia.
