With the rise of 3D printing seemingly unstoppable, Hacked Lab, at the Milan Design Week 2012, saw the pitting of human against machine, as Hackney-based designer, Dominic Wilcox, took on 'Deep Pink', a MakerBot.
The subsequent rematch, at the V&A, bore witness to a second Homo Sapien victory, as Dominic again came up trumps with his vision of St Paul's Cathedral, as crafted from marzipan.
