We pack our products carefully, then hand it over to our favourite delivery companies. 

FREE DELIVERY

1. By taking advantage of the Free Delivery offer (the "Promotion") you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. The Promotion entitles UK and international customers to free standard delivery on all orders of £35 or over made in a single transaction online at www.dudebox.com. The discount will be applied automatically at the checkout page.

3. The Promotion applies to the standard delivery service available for all countries to which Dudebox currently delivers. See www.dudebox.com for the full list of delivery destinations.

4. Dudebox reserves the right to (i) cancel this Promotion (ii) refuse to allow any individual to participate in the Promotion and (iii) amend these terms and conditions (and will use reasonable endeavours to notify changes to all customers).

5. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in the event of a dispute.

STANDARD DELIVERY

We aim to deliver all mainland UK standard orders in four working days. However, sometimes during sale periods or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within five working days, please contact our Customer Care department.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands and AB postcodes will take longer to arrive. We aim to deliver standard orders within seven working days. During busy periods, please allow up to ten working days.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY OPTIONS

We currently offer two delivery options: ‘Standard’ delivery and ‘Tracked and Faster’ delivery using our selected courier. 

Please note, all orders are shipped from the UK. Customers will be responsible for paying any applicable import duties and taxes. Charges may vary based on the contents of the order. Customers are advised to contact their local customs office for further information on current import regulations.

STANDARD DELIVERY

We aim to deliver orders placed before 12pm within 5 - 14 working days following the date your order has been placed. 

TRACKED DELIVERY

We aim to deliver Tracked orders within 3 - 8 working days following the date your order has been placed. You will be automatically issued with a Tracking Order once your items are despatched if you selected this shipping option on check out.

OTHER INFORMATION

We are unable to change your delivery address once an order has been despatched.

Please allow an extra working day for deliveries over UK Bank Holidays detailed below:

• 6th April 2012 - Good Friday
• 9th April 2012 - Easter Monday
• 7th May 2012 - Early May Bank Holiday
• 4th June 2012 - Spring Bank Holiday
• 5th June 2012 - Queens Diamond Jubilee
• 27th August 2012 - Summer Bank Holiday
• 25th December 2012 - Christmas Day
• 26th December 2012 - Boxing Day

Please allow an extra working day for deliveries over International Bank Holidays.

HAVING TROUBLE TRACKING YOUR ORDER?

We will check your order status and give you an update. Please contact us with the date your order was placed, your reference number for each order, your full name, billing address and phone number.

Please allow two weeks before querying your international order.
