Our website is owned and operated by Dudebox Limited, a company incorporated in England & Wales with registered number 07534966 and whose registered address is 21 Nottingham Place, London W1U 5LH.

This user agreement governs your use of our website and the services we provide you. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or delete portions of these website terms, at any time without further notice. Your continued use of the website, after any such changes, constitutes your acceptance of the new website terms. It is your responsibility to regularly check the website to determine if there have been changes to these terms and conditions and to review such changes.

Please take time to read the following, as it is important for both of us that you understand our contractual relationship, both relating to your use of our website and the services we provide you. You will be asked to check a box on the check out page that states you’ve agreed to our terms and conditions.

Description of products

All products available for purchase are described on their specific product page. We always try to represent as accurately as possible, via photography and copy points.

We are a creative business and have a policy of continuous product development in order to provide you with what we consider to be the best designs and value.  We reserve the right to amend the specifications of products, their price, packaging and any service associated at any time, without prior notice. Before ordering, we invite you to have a close look at the product description.

The nature of our products involves some hand finishing in the manufacturing process.  Sometimes this may give rise to minor differences and imperfections between products. These are normal and part of the character of these artistic 3D collectibles.

We make every effort to provide you with the best images and descriptions, but unfortunately, cannot guarantee that colours and details in website images are 100% accurate. Sizes may be approximate in some cases.

Even if not always mentioned, some self-assembly may be required on certain products, particularly where accessories are supplied.

Dudebox Plus

The Dudebox Plus part of our website offers products for sale by individual artists (the third party). Dudebox Limited acts only as an online payment portal for these items. It is part of our mission to give established and aspiring artists an opportunity to make their work accessible to a wider audience. It is important to understand that while the purchase transaction takes place on the Dudebox site, the items are held and will be shipped, by the artist (third party).

We instruct artists selling on our site to ensure all items shipped by them are securely and safely packaged, but neither Dudebox Limited, nor our carriers, can be held responsible for any damage in transit, arising from inadequate packing or incorrect addressing, as a result of reliance on a third party. Contact information for the artist will be made available to you at the time of purchase.

Sales

Many of the products displayed on our website are offered for sale in limited editions and will not be re-ordered. When stock levels of these items are low or sold out this will be identified on the appropriate page of our site.

Once an item has been ordered, the order paid for and confirmed by Dudebox Ltd, it cannot be cancelled.

Prices

The prices on our website are displayed in British Pounds and can be paid in British Pounds. For  guidance only, we also display approximate prices in US dollars and Euros. Due to currency fluctuations and billing dates of credit card companies  we cannot provide exact conversions.

All our products are priced in pounds sterling and include applicable taxes & duty, any duty that may be payable in countries outside the EU is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Our prices do not include shipping. Shipping costs are dependent upon the item(s) ordered, their weight and size, country of destination and method of delivery selected. These options and costs are identified at the check out.

Purchase of products

Dudebox is a small team of passionate enthusiasts committed to supporting artists and collectors. Every order is precious and valued.

Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us once we have sent you an email order confirmation. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in an order confirmation email, do not form part of that contract. Orders are placed and received exclusively via the Internet and processed by Dudebox Ltd.

All information asked for on the checkout page must be filled in precisely and accurately to help us expedite your order. We will not be responsible for missed delivery because of  a wrong delivery address or an inappropriate phone number. All additional charges or costs due to delivery complications or missed delivery would regrettably be added to your order invoice.

You will have an opportunity to review your order before payment is processed.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

Payment

Your debit or credit card is charged with the whole amount of the order, when the order is placed. Dudebox Ltd uses a secure and proven encryption process in order to protect all significant data related to payment and we are level 1 PCI DSS compliant.

The sale will be submitted for processing as soon as you click on the “confirm” button. You will then receive an email from us to confirm the sale. 

We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time, at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of refusing or by reason of unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun. 

 

Delivery

We ship Worldwide.

Dudebox are collectors too, so we know the importance of getting your order out to you quickly, with an estimated shipping time and for it to be packaged with care and love.

Our aim is to pick all orders within 24 hours of receipt, Monday to Friday. Despatch will depend on the time of day the order is received. Any orders placed after midday on Friday will not be despatched until the following Monday. Transit time will vary according to the method of shipping you select. A guide to approximate transit times to the most popular destinations can be viewed here. You should add a further 24 hours for picking and packing your order. All transit times are approximate and vary, according to destination.

The checkout page will calculate and show the exact shipping cost for your order.

We ship using a variety of methods. We offer a courier service as well as a British Royal Mail service. We will supply tracking numbers, so you can track the progress of your order and all our deliveries will need to be signed for when they reach their destination (This does not apply to Royal Mail 1st Class shipping).

 

Return policy & procedures

Our mission is to provide you with outstanding design from artists around the world, at affordable prices. We want our customers to enjoy our products.

If you are unfortunate enough to receive a damaged product, please notify us by email to help@dudebox.com within 7 days of receipt. You will need to confirm your order number (from our order acknowledgement email) and attach a photo image of the damage incurred, to help us understand the problem. We will deal with any damages claim on a case by case basis and our decision is final. We usually answer priority emails within two working days.

Valid damage claims will be credited in full. Our customer service team will ask you if you wish to order a replacement product.

We can only replace damaged Blind Box products and we will only replace with another Blind Box.

Where a Blind Box series sells out, between an order being placed and a valid damage claim being accepted, the item will be refunded in full.

We would remind you that the application of often complex artworks to our 3D models involves many processes, including some hand applications. Small differences and imperfections are a normal part of the production process and add to the originality of each piece.

We cannot refund on any Dudebox Plus original artworks as this is an agreement between you (the buyer) and a third party (the artist). Refunds will need to be negotiated between yourself (the buyer) and the third party (the artist).

 

Privacy

We take your privacy very seriously. Any information you supply us stays with us and is absolutely not made available to any third parties, other than those who are involved in the fulfilment of your order and then only such information as is necessary.

We do use cookies but we do not use them for tracking. We only use them to give you a better shopping service. We do not store any personal information.

We will only use the information provided by you in 3 ways;

1. Contact regarding your order.

2. To process and complete your order.

3. If you sign up to our newsletter, we will use this information to send you special offers and Dudebox promotions.

You can choose to accept or decline cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies, if you prefer. This may prevent you from taking full advantage of the website.

 

General terms relating to website use

The following terms apply to your general use of our website:

Access to our website is permitted on a temporary basis and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our website, without notice. We will not be liable if, for any reason, our website is unavailable at any time, or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of our website, or our entire website, to users who have registered with us. You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to our website. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our website through your internet connection, are aware of these terms and that they comply with them.

We are the owner or the licensee of all Dudebox products and their intellectual property rights on our website, except for Blog content. The Dudebox name and logo is a registered trademark, with all rights reserved. Neither the Dudebox name, logo or designs of any of our products may be reproduced without our permission. We provide a facility to download templates of our platform models for artists who wish to submit designs for our consideration and for no other purpose.

The products and artworks on the Dudebox Plus part of our website are the property of individual artists and protected by copyright. They may not be downloaded or used for any application (personal or commercial) without the written consent of the artist. It is your responsibility to obtain that consent directly with the artist.

If you print off, copy or download any part of our website in breach of these terms of use, your right to use our website will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.

Commentary and other materials posted on our website are not intended to amount to definitive advice on which reliance should be placed. We therefore disclaim all liability and responsibility arising from any reliance placed on such materials by any visitor to our website, or by anyone who may be informed of any of its contents.

We aim to update our website regularly and may change the content at any time. If the need arises, we may suspend access to our website, or close it indefinitely. Any of the material on our website may be out of date at any given time and we are under no obligation to update such material.
